Return Policy: We do not offer an exchange of items. (unless it is a packing error)
Faulty or unwanted items may be returned for a refund when returned in new condition within 14 days of purchase.
All goods are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to ACR - please make sure to send all returns via recorded delivery to ensure their arrival.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if items have clearly been used, worn or otherwise soiled after purchase.
